Glasgow Taxis Ltd. Ltd has more than 50 years experience in providing taxi services to the community. We are the largest most professional taxi provider in Scotland and the fourth largest in the UK.

Every Driver has been vetted by Strathclyde Police, licensed by Glasgow City Council and has passed a City Council test of his knowledge of the city.

Every taxi is roadworthy and rigorously checked twice a year by the council and is guaranteed to be covered by the proper level of insurance.

• All taxis in our group are licensed, checked and carry the appropriate insurance. This includes passenger liability cover of £5 million on each accident.
• Every driver is issued with a unique system I D number. Therefore, we know who is driving our taxis. This should be reassuring to all our customers and in particular to female passengers travelling alone.
• We have a robust internal complaints procedure in place and are therefore accountable.
• We can provide fixed prices in advance for taxi journeys allowing you to budget in advance.
• All our taxis are equipped to transport persons in wheelchairs though some wheelchairs due to size may not be able to be accommodated safely.
• Our drivers have a vested interest in providing you with a service that is difficult to match. We are in fact focused on service and want your repeat business.
